Now that you’ve described the problems your client was facing, you’re ready to explain how your company solved the problem. The process of reaching a decision
This section is especially important for service-based businesses. Explain how you went from pain points to solutions. Answer key questions: how long did the process take, what unique challenges you encountered along the way, and what to expect at each step of the process.
Now comes the section where you can talk about your company’s results. Include data and statistics to show how you helped the client achieve meaningful results. Show how you achieved the client’s goals and helped them move toward solving the problem.
Chronology
Explain how long it took to get from one fax database point to another. Describe in detail the key stages or steps in the process. This will help prospects understand what is involved in reaching a solution.
Customer Review
Let the client tell you about themselves in their own words. Capture a client’s feedback in which they describe what it was like to work with you. Try not to be too pushy, so that the feedback is sincere and highlights important aspects of working with you.
Graphics
Make your case study engaging and interesting to read. Include graphics to highlight important aspects of the story and bring it to life for the reader. Depending on how complex your product or service is, case studies can be lengthy. So the longer your example, the more graphics it should include.
